This document establishes the transaction terms, subscription renewals, and cancellation frameworks for users of the Track Loved Ones app and business directory modules.
1. Corporate KYC & Listing Verification Fees
To keep the marketplace safe from employment fraud, all recruiters, employers, and entrepreneurs undergo mandatory background identity checks before listing positions.

Because the fee pays for third-party automated identity checking services, the INR 250 fee cannot be refunded once processing starts, even if the business fails the verification check.
2. App Subscription Tiers & Cancellation
Family location safety packages follow monthly or annual terms with a 7-day trial period. You can stop future automatic renewals anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Stopped plans remain fully functional until the current billing cycle ends.
